I am not the only one struggling.
Today I am grateful for the communities I am part of and the friendships I have made. I will step out of my comfort zone and use these accountability partners to enhance my training. This week I will think more about how to incorporate community into 32-Miles.
There is no time for fear and pouting.
Today I will rest and be happy for good results. Tomorrow, I will work out and continue towards my goal.
I’m eating ice cream and expecting amazing results.
Today I will take better care of my body. I will give myself grace on rest days and work hard on days I feel well. Today I will celebrate the victories.
Today will be better than yesterday.
Today I will be intentional on my actions. Today I will be a better wife and mother. Today will be better than yesterday.
How could I simplify to gain?
Today I won’t let the future bring me stress. I will let the present create joy. Today I will be patient and trust the process.
I find panic in the peaceful.
Today, I will take a deep breath. I will take one task and break it into small goals and complete without anxiety. Today will step one foot out of my comfort zone and I will be one step closer to the life I want.
Committing to a better self is hard.
Today I am grateful for knowing my weakness. I am thankful to be able to work out again. Today, I will let my body recover and rest.
The key is to find what motivates you.
Today I will get up off the couch and go for a run. Today I will call a friend and talk about goals. Today I will work toward my goal of running 32-miles.
I will overcome my fear and find peace.
Today I will focus on becoming a better self. I will take time to be afraid but not let that fear control how I live my life. Today I will just enjoy making memories.
